Hawaiian Leis – Single or Deluxe

Hawaiian leis are most often made with dendrobium orchids. We offer you a choice of colors and sizes to fit your graduation lei, Hawaiian wedding or other event. Hawaiian orchid leis are appropriate for men or women. And if you need children’s sizes just let us know the length in our comments section when you order. Don’t settle for paper or artificial flowers for your Hawaiian luau.

While not fragrant these particular orchids are grown for their beauty and durability. We’ll use fresh picked flowers and pack everything carefully. Refrigerate your lei in a closed bag and it will stay fresh and lovely for several days. We’ll include care instructions as a reminder.

Colors include white, lavender, purple, jade green. Our lavender is a soft blush and the purple is a solid purple or purple with some white.

Please do not wait for the last minute. You can order any day in advance and tell us your arrival date. This is especially true for graduation leis. In May and June orchids can be hard to find due to high demand in Hawaii and on the mainland.

For Hawaiian luaus, large parties, television show and big events please order well ahead of time. Hawaiian leis take time to sew correctly and our lei makers need to make sure we have the flowers on hand.

Discounts are calculated based upon the number of leis you order.

Want to make your own Hawaiian lei? Order our loose orchid blooms. These are the same flowers we use. It takes about 50 orchid blossoms to make a single strand lei.

Single Orchid Lei

Our 40 inch single orchid lei is hand crafted from about fifty dendrobium orchid blossoms.  This is our most basic and popular lei. Light and easy to wear for any event. This is the ideal Hawaiian lei for everyone to wear at graduation or at your party, luau or other occasion. For special guests or honorees you may want to consider our largest deluxe orchid lei.

Deluxe Orchid Lei (Triple)

A deluxe orchid lei made from 180 – 200 Hawaiian grown dendrobium orchids.  Chose your color for this full, triple size luxurious lei.

This lei will distinguish someone special at graduation, Hawaiian weddings, retirement, quinceanera, promotion or Hawaiian luau.

Always a favorite for Mother’s Day. This is often worn by the bride, groom or any guest of honor. While other participants may wear a single lei.

Deluxe leis must be ordered at least 3 days before the shipping date though longer is better. These leis take one to two hours just to sew.

How to Care for your orchid lei:

For the longest life and freshest appearance of your lei, unpack fresh orchid lei immediately upon arrival. Spray or mist the orchids with lukewarm water. Place inside a plastic produce or grocery bag and leave in the fridge until use. Do not freeze.
