Flowers and Leis
Flowers and leis should not be returned. If your order is incorrect we will refund or reship.
If your order was damaged by FedEx please send us pictures and we will file a claim for the damage so we can refund or reship your order.
Gifts and Gift Baskets
Non-perishable items such as gift baskets and kukui leis can be returned. Please let us know of any problem immediately. If everything is fine with your items and you have decided you do not want them then the return is at your expense. We suggest USPS Flat Rate Priority Boxes. Once we receive the returned item in good condition we will refund your order.
