Sweetheart Lei

Sweetheart lei are made with exotic dendrobium orchids of purple and white. Unlike less expensive leis a Sweetheart lei is made with more flowers and a different style of stringing. These orchids are sewn very closely together to give this Hawaiian lei an almost silky or feathery appearance. It is also a bit larger than many Hawaiian flower leis. It is about three inches around giving a very full look.

The Sweetheart lei is fine to wear for men or women. This is another selection that will stand out when worn as a graduation lei. It would not be out of place at a Hawaiian wedding, either.

The orchids are a rich purple with white centers. This is not a fragrant lei. Because of the orchids we use this Hawaiian lei will be fine when shipping to the mainland. Please order well ahead of time to make sure your leis arrive on time. We make it easy for you to choose the date you want your leis to arrive when you check out on line. It is generally best to have the lei to arrive the day before it is needed.

As always open your box of Hawaiian flowers right away. Remove the lei and mist it with a little clean water. Then place your lei gently in a plastic bag and keep it refrigerated until time to wear. It can last 2-4 days after arrival with just a bit of care.
