Macadamia nut biscotti made the old fashioned way by a lovely family on the Big Island of Hawaii.  Five crispy ‘twice baked’ cookies for dunking or eating on their own.

Try it with coffee, hot cocoa or a scoop of ice cream… MMM, delicious!
