Our commitment to our customers
Your order can be placed online using our secure order form. All of your information is completely secure and encrypted and can not be seen by anyone.
You can put items in your shopping cart by clicking the 'add to cart' button next to available items.
You can view which items have been selected in your shopping cart by clicking the 'view cart' button, located in the upper right of every page.
You can finalize your order at any time by clicking the 'check out' button, located in the upper right of every page.
You can order by telephone by calling us at (808) 934-7295 (Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Hawaii time and Friday's 8:00 AM to noon Hawaii time ) **Hawaii time is 6 hours earlier than Eastern time.
You can leave a message requesting a call back any day or time.

|How your order is handled
Once you have gone through the 'check out' process through our secure shopping cart online, you will immediately get an 'Order Confirmation' page to print and keep for your records. This will have all the details of your shipment, including your order number.
Your payment will be processed securely online at this time, and an email confirmation will immediately be sent to the email address you gave when placing your order.
We will schedule your order to arrive on the day you have requested. Once it has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that has all the details of your shipment, including the tracking number and the link and phone number needed to track the shipment.

We prefer to have orders in advance; about one week to one month in advance is sufficient. You can place your order at any time, and we will schedule it to arrive on the day you would like, based upon your shipping method, destination, and the arrival date you have requested.
When you check out of the secure shopping cart software online, there is a place in the form to put in your 'desired arrival date'. Just use this area to let us know the date when you will like your order to arrive.
We do suggest that if your order is for a special occasion, such as a wedding or graduation, you have your package arrive a day or so in advance to be certain it is in your hands on the date it is needed.
Fedex will not reimburse late deliveries that occur because of strikes, labor disputes, severe weather, acts of terrorism, or acts of war. To ensure they are in your possession on time, we recommend that your flowers or gifts be scheduled to arrive the day before they will be used. All of our leis and flowers are very hardy, and if shipped by overnight delivery, they will be certain to be very fresh even if they arrive a day in advance.

We will never compromise your privacy, sell or rent your email address or any other personal information. We may email you with special offers from time to time but you can unsubscribe from our list if you do not wish to receive these emails.
Out of respect for our customers, we will never include receipts or invoices in your gift shipments. We know it is completely inappropriate for us to send prices or brochures with your gifts, so we will never under any circumstances reveal the prices you have spent on any gift, and we will never market to your loved one, friend, relative, business associate, client, or recipient.
When you check out of the secure shopping cart online, it will ask you for the recipient's phone number. We will not under any circumstances besides emergency, contact the recipient. We include their telephone number as a courtesy to the courier, in case there is a problem with the address or if there is a problem delivering the package.
We will not disclose the sender (our customer, you) on the package, so if you want the recipient to know who sent the package, please put your name on the gift card when you fill in the 'gift note' area of the shopping cart form.
If your recipient does contact us and ask who sent the package, we will release the information unless you specifically request that we keep your order anonymous.
We know that the foundation of our business is built upon customer referral, which depends upon outstanding customer service. We appreciate your business and want you to feel confident giving our name, number, or web site as a personal referral.
